Alumni Policies

Martin Musicals Alumni are former cast members who wish to continue with the Martin Musicals family by helping with future shows!

Any former cast member can be Alumni but MM Board of Directors wil place Alumni in their various volunteer positions each year. There are two groups of Alumni - Rookie Alumni and Veteran Alumni.

Rookies

  • Begin service in March of the year after their last musical
  • At that time they will:
    • Complete an Alumni Application
    • Pay $10 to cover a show t-shirt and meals the week of the show
    • attend - with a parent or representative - a mandatory rookie meeting at which they will learn expectations and possible places of service (two meeting times will be offered)
    • be placed on the Remind for Alumni and begin to receive notifications of volunteer opportunities

Veteran

  • Begin service each fall
  • Beginning on Audition Day, Veterans can pick up/complete an Alumni Application
  • Pay $10 to cover a show t-shirt and meals the week of the show
  • Veterans will begin receiving notifications of volunteer opportunities as soon as their application is received and $10 is paid
  • Veterans will not be required to attend a meeting but expectations remain the same for all Alumni!
