Rehearsals, Chorus Camp, Parent Work Day

NoteS:

Many of you will have to bring your child to the school twice. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

10 am - 12 pm

CHORUS CAMP DAY
- All of chorus camp will be sized during this time.

CHORUS CAMP PARENTS MEETING
- All Chorus Camp parents MUST attend

SPECIAL MAKEUP REHEARSAL
- Wicked Witch, Scarecrow, Tin Man, Lion

HEAD SHOTS (FULL CAST)
- You MUST have your child at the school during this time to have their head shot displayed at the performances.

11 am - 12 pm

MUNCHKINLAND SEQUENCE 1 - 2 and YELLOW BRICK ROAD
- Everyone in this sequence.

12 pm - 1 pm

BREAK FOR LUNCH
- Please make sure your child has eaten.
- Lunch is not provided.
- Water bottles are welcomed throughout the day.

PARENT WORK DAY INFO

Hey Parents! This is going to be a BIG day for working on set pieces while rehearsals are happening! 

If you are able to help us in this area, please respond HERE

I will update you within the next couple of days with more specifics on the types of projects we will be doing.  But, it will involve painting (some mural-type painting), as well as assembling materials for specific set pieces... (using power tools 😊).

Jessica Furlani Pugh will be overseeing all the projects happening this day, as I️ will be out of town.  We will have all the supplies needed & details for each project, as well. 

This day will be a HUGE help in getting a good bit of the medium size pieces started! Thank you in advance for all your help and time sacrifice to help us get everything done! Again, please let me know if you are able to be there Saturday! Thx!
